We are all for child safety in toys and books and clothing, but the new regulations which are to take effect on Feb. 10, 2009 will put thousands of small businesses out of business if not amended.
Our business and others like us (‘mom and pop’ shops) will have to close our doors and lose our source of income (and take a huge loss on the products we make and sell) if the law as written is not amended somehow. Go to National Bankruptcy Day website for financial affects this could have.
